Children

The school has four classrooms, two for Key Stage 1 (Infants) and two for Key Stage 2 (Juniors).  The classes are divided into classes based on year group and pupil ability, and our curriculum coverage is planned to cater for a mixed year class.  Class sizes are kept to a minimum, and our Reception/Year 1 class caters for no more than 30 children.

The children’s work is organised in a variety of ways, ranging from whole class lessons to small study groups and individual work which may be carried out in one of two recently developed study areas.  The development of an improved early years facility is currently underway.
